Andrew Hamilton

Hamilton signed with the Montreal Alouettes in 2006 and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats 2010. He transferred to Concordia after attending both Delaware State and Eastern Michigan. He led the Quebec conference in all-purpose yards with 1044 yards. He also had the best average per carry in the conference with 8.4 yards a run. Hamilton then transferred to McGill and was the first McGill running back to earn all-conference honours since Nick Hoffmann in 2003. Hamilton rushed for 844 yards in five games on 107 carries, scoring three touchdowns on the ground and one in the air. Andrew was known for being an outstanding athlete and tireless worker with exceptional sub 4.3-4.4 speed. He was clocked at 4.48 at the CFL Combine in 2006. He was a 2002 second team All-Dade all-star and was second in Miami-Dade County in scoring. ​​

Kahlil Carter
Defensive Coordinator

Carter is a retired professional athlete and former professional football coach who has served as the Defensive Coordinator for the Montreal Alouettes and Secondary Coach for the Calgary Stampeders, both in the Canadian Football League. He starred as a player in the Arena Football League, NFL, NFL Europe, and the Canadian Football League for various teams including stops in Buffalo (NFL), Scotland (NFL Europe), Orlando (AFL), and Toronto (CFL). Carter earned All-League 4 times as a player, including Defensive Player of the Year in 2003.
Christopher Milo
Kicking Coordinator

Canadian former professional Canadian football placekicker. He was drafted 30th overall by the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the 2011 CFL draft. He played CIS football for the Laval Rouge et Or. During his college career, Milo won the Vanier Cup twice and he has helped the Roughriders and Ottawa Redblacks both win a Grey Cup in the CFL.

While at University of Ottawa he was a 3 time OUA all-star and 2007 U SPORTS Second Team All-Canadian.
Wayne Desmond

​In 2006 he signed with the Montreal Alouettes. Played at the University of Ottawa as a standout wide receiver and back up quarterback.

Keith Stokes​
Assistant Coach
FOOTBALL OPERATIONS (SCHEDULING & RECRUITING)

American former professional football wide receiver. Stokes was a two-time Canadian Football League (CFL) all star. In 2002, Stokes joined the Montreal Alouettes and, in 2004, Stokes joined the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, won the John Agro Special Teams Award, and was named a 2004 CFL All-Star. Stokes was signed to the Toronto Argonauts. In 2011, Stokes signed and played for the Philadelphia Soul of the Indoor Football League.
Rachel Di Lecce

Originally from the Toronto area, and a graduate of York University. Rachel spent several seasons with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the University of Toronto football team before she joined the Montreal Alouettes.
